I had the split level room which was spacious and very comfortable. It was a reasonably lengthy stay (10 days) so this was important. Breakfast was very good. It's well outside of the main city which means car collections from factories visited were no problem. I've stayed in central Shanghai before, and traffic is so bad - and the city so large - many suppliers won't send a car to collect you from a more central hotel. You are forced to metro or taxi to a meeting place on the outskirts. It was very quiet.

Clean and modern, the rooms are more like mini apartments, with lots of space to work, eat, relax etc. Two levels, with the bedroom on top of living room. This allowed for huge windows and a feeling of spaciousness, but has some practicality concerns. Lots of shops in the hotel building, supermarket, convenience store, lots for food (and good). The hotel had robots to bring orders to rooms. Apart from the hi tech vibe, they worked remarkably well.

Good selection at breakfast - continental and Chinese food options, spacious rooms. 24/7 gym. Friendly staff. Supermarket and some other shops and restaurant within the same building which is convenient.

I like the toilet. It’s 9 Celsius degree outside , cold and you will have electric toilet to warm up and touch free . This is really good . It’s Near the location I want to visit , shanghai national expo convention center, only few mins to there. The room is big.

Great and very helpful staff. The breakfast was very rich and delicious with many options. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The supermarket and the many eateries within the hotel complex made the stay very exciting and enjoyable.

Except of the location (it is far from downtown which we took about 35 minutes by taxi to go to downtown and there is no subway station nearby) which we've already knew (so no complain!), I do think that this is a PERFECT accommodation especially for those who needs retreat (quiet time) and wants to stay longer in Shanghai. There is a grocery store downstairs and many restaurants nearby. There is a cinema and good French café nearby. It's like a small quiet town. The apartment is spacious (like a loft), modern and super CLEAN especially the bathrooms (there are two bathrooms). The washing machine is just in the bathroom so it is very convenient. But you have to go to the third floor if you need dryer. The laundry room is there. The staffs are helpful. They gave us plenty of mineral water and soda.

Split level suite, have to climb stairs to bedroom. Large, very open room. Easy check in and check out and pretty short taxi ride to airport or train station in the morning. They have a good small supermarket downstairs for evening snacks and food.

Beautiful hotel, in a very convenient location with nearby restaurants and a supermarket.The rooms are very spacious, with a good spread for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay here again

I was there for a night to transfer from airport to train. the room is HUGE and totally out of my expectation and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel which request 10 steps to walk over and soooo many choices.
